🛍️ Returns & Refunds (within 30 days)

• Non-Personalized Jewelry
  Eligible for a refund within 30 days of the shipping date.
• Personalized Jewelry
  Since these pieces are made just for you, they can be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund (a 15% recycling fee applies).
  ➝ If the mistake is on our end, we will remake or refund your item at no cost to you.

To start a return or refund, email us at contact@jowjewelry.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return label. Please ship the item back within 10 days of receiving the label.
(The cost of the return label is included in the recycling fee — no extra charges apply.)

🔄 Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within 30 days of the shipping date.
• You may select a new item from our collection of equal value.
• Each order can be exchanged once only.

To request an exchange, email contact@jowjewelry.com with the item you’d like instead.

🛠️ Repairs

• All jewelry is covered by a 100-day free repair warranty.
• After this period, we can no longer determine if damage was caused by a production defect or normal wear. Repairs are still available, but a repair fee may apply.

To request a repair, email contact@jowjewelry.com with a clear photo of the item and a description of the issue.

💳 Store Credit

Prefer store credit instead of a refund? No problem!

• Contact us at contact@jowjewelry.com within 30 days of the shipping date.
• Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a credit that you can use toward any future purchase.

❌ Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase (before the item ships).
• Since production begins immediately, cancellations after this window may not be possible.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
